Danny Morrison and Navjot Singh Sidhu are the most entertaining commentators in world cricket. In spite of not having a Maori descent, it is no secret that Danny Morrison loves his rugby.
The New Zealand Rugby side, also known as the All Blacks are synonymous with the Haka. Historically, the Haka is a dance usually performed by the Maoris before going into battle. The Haka, performed with a clear intention of instilling fear into their opponents is performed with intensity and ferocity never seen before.
The Haka is performed by the New Zealand All Blacks prior to any match. The results have been fantastic given the Kiwi dominance in Rugby.
Danny Morrison, a proud Kiwi put his Haka dancing skills to the test in the famous ‘Extra Innings’ show during the Indian Premier League. Away from the field of play, Morrison found himself sharing his expert opinions on the show along with colleague Navjot Sidhu.
However, being the entertainer that he is, Morrison got off his seat and began the Haka dance. Navjot Sidhu and presenter Gaurav Kapoor too got in on the act as Morrison led the way. Morrison has become perhaps one of the most prominent commentators in the World today. He has served as a commentator for the IPL, CPL and now is also currently lending his services in the ongoing Masters Champions League. His eccentric and energetic commentary style has made him a fan favourite while earning him a large number of accolades on the world stage.
