Watch: Mischievous Virat Kohli troubles Chris Gayle in the Mauka-Mauka Video
Popular YouTube Channel ‘Shudh Desi Endings.’ Shudh Desi Endings are highly famous for their funny spoofs of Movies and music videos. But, this time their team decided to a humorous imitation of both India and West Indies. Both teams are set clash tonight in the 2nd semi-final at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
Virat Kohli and Chris Gayle – the most dangerous batsmen from their respective team can be seen in this video. The theme of the video resembles the memorable scene from Bollywood classic ‘Dil Wale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge.’
The video begins with Chris Gayle pleading with the Indian batting star Virat Kohli just like Kajol does in the original movie.
“Babuji-Baubji leave my arm. I don’t want to stay. I just wanna go!
Pakistan’s Shahid Afridi, Australia’s Shane Watson and Bangladesh’s Shakib al Hasan all are seen aboard a running train asking the Jamaican Giant to leave the Indian team. All three teams had received a thrashing from Virat Kohli in the Super 10 Stage.
Gayle continued to beg as the Afridi, Shakib and Watson shout for him.
I’ll go to West Indies. Please Babuji Babuji I want to go!
And, suddenly, ‘Babuji’ Virat Kohli leaves Gayle’s hand and delivers the famous dialogue, “ Jaa apna Zindagi Jee le.”
An extremely relieved and happy looking Gayle then sets off running the trains which had begun to leave the station.
“Aa Joa mate, Come on! We’ll take you to Australia. I’ll show you the Kangaroos, Watson call out.
But wait, there is twist in the story as Gayle is unable to run further. Virat Kohli has showed his mischievous side by tying up The Windies batsman and laughing notoriously.
The video ends with a warning to the teams “ Sabko thok thok ke hi ghar bhejenge” (Everyone one will get bashed!)
The whole video is hilarious but the most enjoyable thing is the voice imitation of the cricketers and the dialogues.
But, coming back to the reality, performance wise, West Indies have been more dominant than India in the World T20 so far. They possess more firepower than India who have been struggling with poor batting performances. But, T20 is an unpredictable format and nothing can be said until the players get on the field.
