Watch: One ball hit three players in Victorian Premier League: The Victorian Premier League match between Fitzroy Doncaster Cricket Club and Footscray Edgewater Cricket Club of Australia happened to witness a painful yet funny incident as three different players fall prey to a single delivery and find their own different ways of getting hit hard enough for some injury.

The bowler managed to ball a decent delivery, not giving batsman much room to swing his arm for a big shot. While the batsman had decided to heave at the ball really hard to get the maximum out of it all he managed was to hit the ball straight back down the wicket.

Incidentally the ball propelled like a bullet was travelling really quickly and before the non-striker could collect himself and move out of the way of the approaching delivery it crashed into his legs. Though he tried his best to avoid the impact by even trying a jump to dodge it but it went on to hit him on the feet.

While we see the non-striker cry of pain from the hit the strike batsman walks off the batting mark holding his shoulder indicating he had pulled something unwanted there. The angle he had to work out for the hit being cramped for any scope of getting under the ball for a big hit got the shoulder muscle more pressure than it could work with.

Towards the end of it all when we see the bowler walking back to his run-up mark the fielder at mid-off threw the ball towards him. The bowler was not present in the moment and might have had his mind elsewhere completely failed to see the though soft throw his way. The ball went on to hit him on his head hard enough for him to fall on the ground for a quick drop before regaining his senses.
Quite an eventful delivery this one, though the seriousness of all the injuries is unknown to us this is a painful yet funny video.
