Watch: Rilee Rossouw get banged on nose by Lasith Malinga’s Bouncer: This will be one of the Nasty Blows on the face of a Cricketer which you would have watched been hit with some extraordinary pace.

Called as Slinga due to his action and bowls some brilliant in-swinging yorkers at toes which are almost unplayable and also a master at executing bouncers at high pace which can break heads. And it was South African Rilee Rossouw who got bitter taste of the perfectionist.

In a match during 2012, part of Sri Lankan Premier League’s first season, Rilee Rossouw represented Basnahira Cricket Dundee and Lasith Malinga for Ruhuna Royals.

Malinga stream in to bowl to Rilee and he released a bouncer at a good speed of 141 KMPH. That ball traveled to hit Rossouw’s helmet grill infront of his nose which produce break in his nose muscle.

Soon the ball hit him he started to bleed and fell on the ground with pain. Malinga soon went towards the batsman for apologizing calling the doctors for treatment showing good sportsmanship. Everyone rushed at Rilee Rossouw and the doctors came out to do some treatment.

As he couldn’t play with the injured nose which was apparently bleeding he left the field for further treatment. Later he  has received three stitches for that precising the blow he got from Malinga.
