The action perspired in the fifth over of the game when Mohammad Amir bowled a short delivery to David Warner. The veteran Aussie southpaw opener tried to pull the delivery.
In his attempt, all that Warner could get was just a top edge. The ball went flying in the direction of the slip cordon. It could have easily gone between the first slip and the wicketkeeper. Had Sarfraz not gone for the catch, there was no chance that the slip fielder would have caught it. The ball would have certainly dipped before reaching the slip fielder.

Warner had to make the long walk back after scoring 11 off 9 deliveries. Sadly for the teams and the fans at the venue, the match was abandoned after only 10.2 overs of play due to rain.
