Virat Kohli is a cricketer par excellence. In a nutshell, Kohli has certainly taken batting to a whole new level courtesy of his ability to soak up the pressure while batting. Chasing big totals, for Kohli at least is his gateway drug to all the best things life can offer. However, the skipper of the Indian Test team has perhaps been one of the most inspirational sportspersons

Having claimed his second win as skipper following the 3-0 drubbing against South Africa in the fall of 2015 at home, Kohli seems all set to for his first tour of the West Indies as captain of the Indian team.

While the West Indies tour beckons for Kohli and his Men in Blue, the preparatory camp kicked-off at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. With coach Anil Kumble also taking charge of the Indian team, the team certainly looks set to board the flight to the Caribbean. One of the major aspects the team certainly will have to address is the fielding. While the current group of players certainly comprises of some excellent fielders, the 27-year old Kohli is certainly one of the best of the lot.

During a training session with Abhay Sharma, the fielding coach of the Indian cricket team, Kohli looked as sharp as ever in the slips. He completed two catches as he seemingly plucked them out of thin air. This is perhaps the epitome of Kohli’s captaincy as well as his ability to lead by example.
