2000: Jail break in Port of Spain

Just when Zimbabwe were looking to humiliate West Indies to win the first test at the Port of Spain by chasing 99, cricket witnessed one of the greatest turnarounds. Curtly Ambrose and company rose to the occasion, triggering a collapse on Zimbabwe that saw them from 47-3 to 63-10 and for the second time in the history of the game, a team failed to chase the target in double figures.

2003: Underdogs stun Favourites

For the first time in the history of Cricket World Cup, Kenya became the first associate nation to play in the knock-outs of the multi-team tournament. However, their fairytale came to an end against the spirited Indians, when they went down by 91 runs. India also qualified for the finals of the World Cup after 20 years on this day.
