Royal Challengers Bangalore are having the finest season in the 13-year history of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Virat Kohli and company has outclassed teams on many occasions and is currently placed at number two in the points tally. Unlike their previous years’ struggle, they have now worked in each and every department, and especially their bowling unit has been delivering perfectly in the time of requirement.

Former New Zealand great Scott Styris has also been heaping praise on RCB’s phenomenal bowling action. The former all-rounder stated the fact that finally the bowling department of the team is delivering as per expectations of captain Kohli. The team’s spin and pace bowlers are shining equally well with the likes of Yuzvendra Chahal, Navdeep Saini, Washington Sundar, Mohammad Siraj performing.

“I always believe that your bowler must have the captain’s faith in you. Looks like finally, RCB have a bowling unit that Kohli has belief in and they can do the job,” said Styris while speaking on Star Sports Select Dugout.
In the due course of time, a fan on Twitter didn’t seem happy with him and asked Styris casually that why RCB is on top of his hate list.

The cricketer turned commentator was quick to respond and gave a hilarious answer. He said that one needs to dislike one team out of all, and that is how it is. “Because you’ve got to dislike one of the team,” replied Styris with a wink face emoji on the microblogging site.

Here is Scott Styris’ answer to the same question

Talking about RCB’s bowling unit, they are going to miss their star pacer, Navdeep Saini, for some time, it seems. The young pacer split the webbing of his right hand in the match against Chennai Super Kings. During the 18th over, he tried to stop the ball when he was bowling, and ended up getting injured. He had to soon leave the field post this incident. RCB are all set to face defending champions Mumbai Indians in their next clash on October 28.
