Virat Kohli struck yet another century in the 3-match ODI series against the Windies as his unbeaten 114 in the final ODI sealed a 2-0 series victory for the visitors. He hit 14 fours during his 99-ball 114 to power India to a 6-wicket win in the rain-affected game. Chasing a revised target of 255 in 35 overs, India got to a decent start but lost a couple of wickets in a quick spare. Kohli guided the chase along with Shreyas Iyer as the duo shared yet another century partnership.

1 – Virat Kohli became the first player to score three consecutive centuries in ODI cricket in the West Indies. He scored an unbeaten 111 in the final game of the 2017 ODI series in Kingston and two tons in two innings he batted in Port of Spain in the ongoing tour.
3 – Virat has scored three centuries across nine ODI innings at the Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad; the joint-most ODI tons at a venue in West Indies. Chris Gayle also scored three ODI hundreds in 18 innings at the Sabina Park in Kingston.
3 – Kohli’s three tons in Port of Spain are the joint-most ODI hundreds by any player against the home team at a venue. Kohli himself and Sachin Tendulkar scored three tons against Sri Lanka in Colombo (RPS) while Imam-ul-Haq has three centuries against Zimbabwe in Bulawayo.
4 – Number of centuries for Kohli in the West Indies; the most by any visiting player. Only five players of the home team have scored four or more ODI tons in the Caribbean Islands.
