'With Anushka I will definitely do the biopic myself' - Virat Kolhi reveals during Instagram live with Sunil Chhetri

Apart from spreading awareness amid COVID-19 outbreak and contributing in the battle against the pandemic, Virat Kohli has been quite active on social media these days. The current Indian skipper, during his quarantine period, has shared many stills and clips along with wife Anushka Sharma. The star couple is currently residing in Mumbai when the whole country is under lockdown to fight against the pandemic.
During the lockdown, Kohli has been a part of many Instagram live sessions. The prolific run-scorer has been entertaining fans with his quirky replies and anecdotes during these live sessions. Kohli, along with Sunil Chhetri, went live for an Instagram session and it created a lot of buzz amongst the fans of both the sports. Kohli and Chhetri– skippers of India’s cricket and football teams respectively– spilt the beans on many topics during their interaction.
During the interaction, Kohli also opened up about whom should play his role in his biopic. The Indian skipper said that he would definitely play himself the film if his wife, Anushka, would act along with him.

Kohli, however, added that he isn’t a professional actor and shouldn’t be considered as one. Kohli said, “With Anushka, I will definitely do the biopic myself. But let me clear up this misunderstanding that I can act. I can play football also, will you let me play in ISL?”
“I can, however, act in my own biopic because I can essay my own role quite well. I hope. If anyone else plays the role better than me then bilkul hi nitthala aadmi hu main,” added the 31-year-old.
Many fans joined the Instagram live session while the two sportspersons were sharing instances about their career. One of the fans who crashed the Instagram live was none other than Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh. Ranveer couldn’t hold back his excitement as he crashed the live session with a couple of hilarious comments.
When Kohli and Chhetri were discussing how they used to get caught riding DTC buses without a ticket in their youth, Ranveer wrote, “Captain kare savari bina ticket (Captain taking a ride without a ticket).”
