The 12th edition of the World Cup is currently in progress and the crowd is filling the stadiums in almost every game to watch their favourite teams play. Asian fans supporting their respective countries more often than not come to the grounds to back their sides and the same was the case during Pakistan’s clash against the Windies. However, the fans in green were left disappointed with the team’s batting effort. But some of them enjoyed the atmosphere a lot and one of them hilariously trolled Fakhar Zaman in the second innings.
Whenever a player fields near the boundary line, the crowd keeps on shouting his name to seek the cricketer’s attention. During the second innings of the game when the Caribbeans were batting and Fakhar Zaman was fielding in the deep, one of the spectators was heard calling him loudly amidst the action in the middle. The left-hander, after constant calls, managed to fulfil the fan’s wish and gave a thumbs up by watching at him.
But the fan, in return, hilariously ordered him to bring Pakora (snacks) worth Rs 20. Though Zaman might have not heard it clearly as it was jam-packed at the Trent Bridge, the video of the same is going viral at the moment on social media.

Off day for Fakhar
Like Pakistan, even Fakhar Zaman had a bad day in their first game at the World Cup. He was dismissed by Andre Russell with a searing bouncer which hit his helmet grill and ricocheted onto his stumps. Pakistan were bundled out for a paltry total of 105 runs batting first and then conceded those many runs in just 13.4 overs to go down without a fight.
They face next up the hosts England at the same venue and will have to make sure that they don’t repeat the mistakes again. Fakhar Zaman will also be hoping to make amends and put up a better show with the bat.
