10. Yuzvendra Chahal: Bowling – 8 | Fielding – 4:
The cricketer from Haryana has repaid the faith shown on him by the Indian team. He has been a wicket-taking bowler, and his consistent exploits have made him a crucial member of the side. Yuzvendra Chahal has taken 72 wickets in 41 games. In England Chahal needs to stand up for his skipper and his form will be critical for the team’s journey.
The leg-spinner has been a treat to watch as he has bamboozled the opposition batsmen with his bravery and street smartness. Though Chahal has been a regular in the side he has occasionally let down the side and that’s why he gets a score of 8.
Like his spin twin, Yuzvendra Chahal is vulnerable in the field. He looks agile but has failed to improve his fielding standards. He has a clumsy set of hands and as a result, he drops even the simple ones. The skipper needs to hide him in the field which gets him a score of 5 in this aspect.
