6. Kedar Jadhav: Batting – 7 | Bowling – 7 | Fielding – 8:
The short-statured player has been a great addition to the Indian ODI set-up. In the last 4 years, he has played important cameos for the side. The Maharashtra cricketer has gathered 1000 runs in 55 matches while plying his trade down the order. Jadhav is an innovative batsman but sometimes he has failed to take the team over the line, and that’s why he gets a 7 pointer in this aspect.
Kedar also adds a different dimension to the side with his off-spin bowling. Nowadays he has been used regularly by the skipper in the middle overs. His action makes him an uncanny customer, and he has scalped important wickets for the team. Kedar is a handy bowler but sometimes he cracks under pressure which brings down his score to 7.
He is a player who is slow on the field and this can be a headache for the team. Jadhav has a safe pair of hands as he hardly drops any catches. Most of the time the skipper has used him inside the circle. Jadhav cannot be a dasher in the field which reduces his score to 6 in this facet.
