8. Ravindra Jadeja: Batting – 6 | Bowling – 7 | Fielding – 9:
Ravindra Jadeja has always been around the Indian team with his consistent performances. The southpaw is a hard-hitting player who can play the big shots with ease. After the last World Cup, he has not been a regular in the side but has played a couple of matured knocks in his limited chances. Jadeja has a temperamental issue with a willow in his hand which reduces his batting score to 6.
The Saurashtra cricketer can be a perfect foil for the wicket-taking bowlers, as he provides the skipper with tight spells. On tracks that aid tweakers, he can be a nightmare for the opposition batsmen. His accuracy makes him a difficult customer for the batting side. The left-arm spinner has his share of problems on flat pitches and that’s why he can only get a 7 pointer.
Ravindra Jadeja is like a hawk on the field and he can be added to the playing XI just on the basis of his fielding skills. In the past, he has produced some magical moments on the field and even the opposition fears him. He has taken unbelievable catches and his rocket arm is second to none. Jadeja’s has hard hands and sometimes drops dollies but he gets an impressive score of 9.
