Not many are expecting England pitches to graciously host spinners in the upcoming tournament, but with the amount of cricket that happened in the last 3 months, the pitches might get a little dry and slow. Imad Wasim showed us glimpses of how spinners could turn up big for the tournament in the 4th and 5th ODI between England and Pakistan.

The all-rounder will have to be at his best in all departments, more specifically with the ball given the conditions do assist him. He can also bat to great effect and averages above 40 in the 50-over format in the 46 ODIs he played. Shadab Khan will definitely be their most important spinner, but having someone like Imad assisting him is an added advantage.
