2. World Cup 2015:
Bravo and Pollard weren’t given a chance in the 15-men squad and Sunil Narine also didn’t represent the West Indies for the ODI World Cup 2015. West Indies lost to Ireland in a major upset but they came back strong with two centuries by Gayle and Samuels against Zimbabwe winning by 73 runs.
Although they lost to South Africa and India in the coming matches, they beat the equation and won the match against UAE and qualified for the quarters. In the quarters, they had to take an exit from the tournament as New Zealand led by Martin Guptill’s 237* defeated them comprehensively.
