There is no doubt that Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal is a livewire- whether it is on the field or off it. Apart from his leg-spin shenanigans, Chahal is pretty active on social media where he regularly becomes the butt of all jokes thanks to his memes or his interview show- ‘Chahal TV’.

The vile leg-spinner was back with his show during Team India’s bus journey en-route Seddon Park in Hamilton– the venue of the third T20I between New Zealand and India. Chahal could be seen joking around and pulling the leg of his teammates but this time it was Manish Pandey who proceeded to get the better of the Indian leg-spinner.

Pandey asked Chahal as to why he was 30 minutes late for the bus and what were his plans for the upcoming T20I in Hamilton before Chahal cut him out to remind Pandey that he was the host of the show.

How are you feeling after coming 30 minutes late on the bus and what are you looking forward to in Hamilton,” Manish asks Chahal. “It was my question, cut him out. He is trying to steal my job,” Chahal replied. BCCI shared the video of the episode on Twitter.

Chahal then went on to have a chat with players like Kuldeep Yadav, Navdeep Saini, and Sanju Samson. In the same video, Chahal also showed the vacant seat where former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni used to sit. Chahal revealed that no one sits in that seat in Dhoni’s absence.

“There is this one player who has never been on Chahal TV. He (Dhoni) was desperate to feature in Chahal TV a couple of times and even requested me in the past. But I said – not now bhaiya,” Chahal said.

“A legend used to sit here, Mahi bhai but no one sits here now. We miss him a lot,” added the Indian spinner. Meanwhile, Chahal and the other Indian bowlers will be looking to continue with the good work that they had done in the last game as the Men in Blue aim for an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series.
