'You light up my world everyday' - Virat Kohli shares a heartwarming message as he celebrates wife Anushka Sharma's birthday

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are regarded as stalwarts of their respective industries. Over the years, both the individuals have established their stature in cricket and films. The couple is known as one of the most well-known couples across the world and Anushka-Virat never fail an opportunity to treat their fans with their social media photos and videos.

Anushka and Virat got married in December 2017 in a fairytale wedding in Italy. It was a secret wedding and since then, the couple has been constantly grabbing the headlines with their social media activities. And, on the occasion of Anushka Sharma’s 32nd birthday, the current Indian skipper took it to Twitter to show his love towards his wife.

“You my love bring light into this world. And you light up my world every day. I love you,” wrote Kohli on Twitter while celebrating Anushka’s birthday at home.

Recently, the couple had hogged the limelight after Anushka had shared a hilarious video on her Instagram. In the clip, she acted like one of the fans whom Virat Kohli would be missing nowadays.

The Bollywood actress yelled out Kohli’s name several times in the video and asked him to hit a four. She moves the camera towards Kohli where he was seen with an irritated expression. The hilarious video had garnered much attention across social media.

“I thought he must be missing being on the field. Along with the love he gets from millions of fans, he must be especially missing this one particular type of fan too. So I gave him the experience,” Anushka had captioned the video.

Meanwhile, the couple has notched up their social media activity as the country is under lockdown to tackle the coronavirus pandemic. The COVID-19 outbreak has taken a toll across the globe as more than 2 lakh individuals have suffered death due to the pandemic. Talking about India, more than 1000 deaths have occurred and lockdown in the country has been extended for two more weeks after May 3.

In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, the much-awaited IPL 2020 has also been postponed. Virat Kohli, who was set to lead Royal Challengers Bangalore in the thirteenth edition of the tournament, will have to wait a while to lead the side. However, considering the current situation, fans will have to wait a while to see Kohli back in action as the future of the league looks bleak.
