Yuva Unstoppable rope in Irfan Pathan as their brand ambassador: One of the most talented seam bowlers of our country; Irfan Pathan is busy in doing charity works these days apart from his dire hard quest to make a comeback in the national squad. Yesterday, the 30 year-old was seen in the event of Yuva Unstoppable.

On the national youth day that is 12^th January of this year, the Baroda all-rounder had also launched cleanliness drive and the Vibrant Safai (cleaning) Mascot with Honorable Chief Minister Anandiben Patel in Vadodara. Irfan is the brand ambassador of Yuva Unstoppable which has earned praises from all the quarters for its supreme charity work with even the likes of Indian Prime Minister- Narendra Modi, Former Indian President- Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and Bollywood Icon Amitabh Bachchan appreciating its work for the betterment of the society.

Yuva Unstoppable issued a statement:

Yuva Unstoppable which was formed in 2005 is engaged in betterment of the underprivileged community of India with its major initiatives which focuses on empowering and inspiring youth, helping in traffic management, educating less fortunate children, eradicating digital illiteracy. Yuva Unstoppable aims to mobilize youth to contribute for the welfare of India and to promote development at the grass-root level by mobilizing young people of India. It also aims to make a larger impact in the lives of the less privileged. When famous national players like Irfan Pathan support such kind of social organization, then it benefits the society at large with increased awareness about various evils of the society and its remedial work. While in this age, when most of the players are busy in their advertising and branding commitments, if players like Pathan support charity then its worthwhile mentioning and it deserves special appreciation from everyone.

Irfan Pathan also gave “Jadu Ki Jappi” (Magical Hug) to all the cleaning workers and appreciated sweeper community as well which goes long way in eradication of the discriminatory social evils which surround such professions and malice the associated people as well. Similarly, now Irfan wishes to inspire college students and school students to spend 2 hours a week for community service. For the same, he along with Yuva Unstoppable launched an initiative to mobilize students and sensitize them towards the needs of children of humble background.

If popular cricketers like Irfan Pathan and many others can use their name and fame for the upliftment of the masses then it would be even more colossal achievement than winning any laurel as very few have the power and will to transform the quality of people lives.
