Petersen and Elgar were involved in a discussion as to whether they should go upstairs, but before they could arrive at a conclusion, the DRS timer ran out.

However, the right-hander missed the ball and was wrapped on the pads. When the Indian players appealed, the umpire raised the finger.
Petersen and Dean Elgar were in discussion as to whether they should go upstairs, but before they could arrive at a conclusion, the DRS timer ran out.
And, Indian wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant took advantage of this and passed comments on Elgar. Pant taunted Elgar stating that he is a ‘good’ captain, and thinks only about himself.
