With 405 wickets In Test matches, Curtly was a nightmare for one and all. The 6 for 24 that hustled England out for 46 in Trinidad in 1993-94, and his series-clinching burst of 7 for 1 against Australia at the WACA the previous season will go down as one of the best ever.

He use to put music to the batsman’s ear on the field, off it he did the same with a bass guitar. He stands out to be one of the better bass player in an Antiguan soca/reggae band, Dread & the Baldhead.
