3. Don’t be jealous: Chahal hits back at Rohit

In 2020, Chahal posted a picture with batter Shreyas Iyer on his Instagram page, and wrote a caption, “Got your back always.” This post came after India’s ODI series loss against New Zealand.

To cheer up his teammates, Rohit commentated, “Apna sambal le pehele (watch your back first).” And as expected, Chahal replied with his trademark cheeky style, “Missing me coz u not here, so don’t be jealous next pic soon with you.”

Chahal also had a similar kind of reply to Rohit’s wife, Ritika when the batter posted a picture with a leg-spinner in 2018. Chahal commentated, “feeling jealous?”, to which Ritika replied, “you read my mind”.
