Stuart Law, the former West Indies coach was initially very aggressive coach due to which he attracted a controversy back in 2018 when India and West Indies were involved in a Test match. In one of the games on Day 3, Kieran Powell was caught by Ajinkya Rahane at the slip off Ravichandran Ashwin.

The soft signal given by the umpire was out but still, everyone was waiting for the decision of the third umpire. In the end, the TV umpire also adjudged him out and West Indies was dismissed for a score of 127 runs. As per the statement of ICC, Stuart Law went to the third umpire’s room after the incident and said something that was not acceptable.

He was then found guilty for breaching code of conduct and Law was suspended by ICC for two ODIs. And, he had to miss the first two games of the ODI series against Team India. Moreover, he was also fined with his 100 per cent match fee for his poor behaviour as a coach of a national team.
