Riyan Parag is one name that is impressing the cricket fraternity from the 2019 edition of IPL. He has essayed the finisher’s job for the Rajasthan franchise on more than one occasion and will only continue to get better in times to come.
In IPL 2019, he became the youngest cricketer in the history of the league to smash a half-century while being only 17-year-old. The young player is skilled enough to get ready for the big platform as he has also shown his class in the domestic circuit in recent years.
He marked his T20 debut with the Assam team and marked his debut in first-class cricket for his home team in the 2017-18 Ranji Trophy. In 2017 only, he got named in India’s 2018 U-19 World Cup team. He also turned out to be the highest run-getter of the Assam team in the 2017-18 Vijay Hazare Trophy with 249 runs in just seven games.
