5 Indian players who might be playing their last IPL
These players contributed with match-winning performances time and again in their IPL careers.
1) Harbhajan Singh
Harbhajan Singh is arguably one of the greatest Indian spinners of all time. Not many Indian bowlers have achieved as much as him. When it comes to the IPL, he again is one of the finest of all time.
The Turbanator started his IPL career with the Mumbai Indians (MI) and was with them for 10 seasons. He almost became synonymous with them until he went under the hammer in the IPL 2018 auction. MI’s arch-rivals CSK then got him for his base price and he went on to play for the Super Kings for two seasons.
The conditions at the Chepauk suited him and he had a great stint with them until he was released before the IPL 2021 auction. KKR then purchased him and he hasn’t really been a regular feature in KKR’s playing XI. With Harbhajan into his 40s, it seems likely that he’d announce his retirement from the IPL after the second half of this season gets done.
