Dinda is perhaps the most influential bowler to have ever played the IPL and it’s for all the wrong reasons. While Ashoke Dinda is a real asset for Indian Cricket and his State team, Bengal Cricket Association, his stats have been largely impressive in the IPL as well. As a bowler, you are bound to have off days every now and then and Ashok Dinda has had his fair share in that aspect too but those were the days which were considered over his good performances and since then, the trolls haven’t stopped one bit.

‘Dinda Academy of pace bowling’ as they like to call the category of trolls, is meant for the bowlers who have been expensive in their spells. It has been hurtful even for the cricket fans apart from Dinda himself as the trollers have crossed the line and targeted his family as well. Ashok Dinda’s economy of 8.2 in the IPL and an overall economy of 7.7 in T20’s is no way bad for a fast bowler but a few bad performances of his have hit headlines, a bit more than his good ones.

Dinda couldn’t take it anymore when his family was being involved and on expected lines, he hit out with a strong emotional message and since then, the number of trolls have reduced considerably. It hurts to see a decorated fast bowler like Dinda facing heat for something that was never his fault and its really unfortunate that he had to top this list of the 5 most trolled players on social media and as human beings, we sincerely hope that Ashoke Dinda gets the respect that he deserves, soon enough.
