Over the years, IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has failed to lift their maiden T20 title but the franchise has received a lot of unbiased love and support from a plethora of their fans and followers. RCB fans are always ready to defend their favorite team and have mercilessly trolled the people speaking ill about the franchise.

England wicketkeeper-batsman Ben Duckett was at the receiving end of the wrath from RCB fans during the 2018 edition of the T20 Championship for calling the Bangalore outfit a ‘joke’. While Ben had said it in a good sense and had expressed his awe at the formidable batting line-up of big guns including skipper Virat Kohli, Brendon McCullum, and AB de Villiers, the fans misinterpreted his words and launched an attack on Ben on social media.

After facing flak for his words, the 26-year-old had taken to his official Twitter handle to provide a clarification. “Woken up to these and many more horrible messages. Yesterday I referred to RCB as a ‘joke’ meaning they have such a good side with the likes of de Kock, de Villiers, Kohli, McCullum, and lots of other world-class players,” Ben had tweeted.
