Pakistan’s former all-rounder Abdul Razzaq is known for his absurd and controversial comments regarding the players and various cricket boards across the world. Razzaq had again gained the limelight during early 2020 by comparing two franchise leagues namely Indian Premier League (IPL) and Pakistan Cricket League (PSL).

There is no doubt that IPL is the best cricket league across the globe and boasts of seeing world-class players participating in the league. However, Razzaq feels that if a team of best players from IPL takes on a team comprising players from Pakistan Super League (PSL), the latter would win the game.

“If a team of the best players from the Indian Premier League faced a team made-up of the best players from the Pakistan Super League, the PSL team would win,” Abdul Razzaq has said. This comment by the Pakistan veteran had enraged the Indian fans to the extent that they had brutally slammed the cricketer on social media.
