5. Inzamam-ul-Haq, Pakistan:

Inzamam-ul-Haq, leading Pakistan and appeared in his 100th Test match in the third and final Test of the three-Test series against India, played between 24th and 28th March 2005, at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore went on to score 184 runs off 264 deliveries with 25 fours in the first innings.

In the process, Inzamam was involved in a partnership with Younis Khan (267) for the 3rd wicket that realised a mammoth 324 runs in 88.2 overs. This was the best partnership for any wicket in that match and helped Pakistan notch up 570 runs in their first innings. Taking a 121-run first innings lead, Pakistan eventually went on to win the match by 168 runs.
