The former Pakistan captain Mohammad Yousuf, has given up hope to return to the International cricket, “I don’t follow cricket now and my focus is not on the sport any more. It is over for me,” Yousuf told PTI. The last time that he played for the Pakistani side was against South Africa in 2010 after that he was sidelined by the Pakistan Cricket Board.

Yousuf played for his country in 90 Test matches scoring 7,530 at an average of 52, and made a total of 9720 runs in 288 ODIs. After his long service to Pakistan cricket he was not given any rhyme or reason for is exclusion. He was declared unfit in 2010 tour and came out to prove himself in the domestic cricket, but the Pakistan Board of selectors never looked back or even talked to the ex captain for his exclusion.
