One of the greatest all-rounders to feature in the shortest format of the game, Kieron Pollard announced his international retirement last month. He was the reigning captain of West Indies when he decided to call time on his international career.

Pollard made his debut in 2007 against South Africa at St. George. Since then, he has played 224 matches and smashed 4275 runs with the help of three centuries and 19 half-centuries. He was very useful with the bowl as well and took 97 wickets, including one four-wicket haul.

The veteran all-rounder smashed six sixes in an over against Sri Lanka. He is the 3rd player in the history of cricket and the second player in the t20 Internationals after Yuvraj Singh. Overall, Pollard has captained West Indies in 63 matches, winning 26 of those.
