Andre Russell ties knot with Jassym Lora

Colourful West Indian Andre Russell has got hitched to his long time long time girlfriend, Jassym Lora, a model from the Dominican Republic. The couple had got engaged in November 2014.

The news was revealed by the man himself after he posted a picture with his newly wedded wife on Instagram.

“Put God first and he will show you the way!!” was the caption that accompanied West Indies cricketer, Russell’s wedding photo.

Jassym Lora has been in the public eye for quite some time now. She even accompanied the cricketer in this year’s Indian Premier League supporting Russell who plays for Kolkata Knight Riders. The couple looks stunning together and we wish them a happy married life ahead.

One of the most sought after T20 cricketer in the world at the moment, Russell is currently playing for the Jamaica Tallawahs in the Caribbean Premier League. He has been recently bothered by the alleged the anti-doping violation. A few days back, the all-rounder had revealed that he was feeling stressed out and depressed by the uncertainty over the probable suspension.

In March, the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (JADCO) charged Russell for having violated the anti-doping whereabouts clause three times in a 12-month period, which constitutes as a positive result.

Currently, the JADCO is conducting a hearing through an independent panel and the uncertainty over the outcome has left Russell depressed.
