Bangladesh (BAN) and Sri Lanka (SL) will meet each other in the eighth edition of ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 on Sunday 12th February 2023 at Newlands Cape Town.
Bangladesh had a disappointing performance in the seventh edition of the ICC Women’s T20I Cricket World cup. Bangladesh finished bottom of the table and lost all four games in the league. They would look to play better in the eighth edition of ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.
Sri Lanka also finished at the bottom half of the table in the seventh edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup as they lost three out of the four games played and with just two points, the sub-continent side failed to reach the semi-final stage.
