Cameraman waits for six balls to capture Ross Taylor smack a biggie in slow-mo
Watch the shot in ultra slow motion here.
The camera is something which captures the magic and beauty which the naked eye cannot. As a result, many have suffered from fetishes and passion for the camera. Be it the one in front of the mobile phone, or the one with a stand beneath them, the latest features of the gadgets continues to allure and mesmerize the users.
One of the most used feature of the camera in the slow motion for the snippets of videos one wants to highlight with time warping effect. New Zealand batsman Ross Taylor seemed too indulgent with the feature as he tried to capture one of his shots which went several miles with the help of the feature of the camera.
Ross Taylor, who is currently touring India for a 3-match T20I and ODI series, took his time out of the net session to capture the snippet of him removing the skin of the ball and posting it on Instagram. However, he made the fellow cameraman wait for the perfect shot six balls in doing so.
The incident visibly occurred during New Zealand’s net sessions at the Cricket Club of India at the Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai ahead of their matches against Board President’s XI and India. The Black Caps are terribly short of match practice as they are freshly coming from an off-season.
The last time the country featured in competitive cricket was back in the ICC Champions Trophy in June. They are the only nation to not have played any cricket in the interim.
