Chandika Hathurusingha has become the fourth richest coach in cricket

The Bangla tigers made the semifinals of Champions Trophy in 2017, which was their first appearance in the semifinals of an ICC tournament. They have been improving in Test cricket too. Chandika Hathurusingha is paid handsomely
Now some reports emerging have stated that Chandika Hathurusingha is getting a handsome salary for his work. The Bangladesh head coach is the fourth highest paid coach in cricket. Only coaches of India Australia and England earn more than him.
BCCI is the richest board on earth and they do pay their coach handsomely. Ravi Shastri is the highest earning coach in cricket, he earns 9 and a half crore Bangladesh Standard Currency which is more than twice any other coach in International cricket.
Australian coach Darren Lehmann is the second highest earner as he earns 4 crores 50 lakh BDT for his services to the national team. His earning slightly edges the earning of Trevor Bayliss, who is the head coach of the English team. The England’s head coach reportedly earns equivalent to 4 crores 29 lakh BDT which is a handsome salary.
Bangladesh coach Chandika Hathurusingha is in the fourth position in the list of highest earners, as earns around 2 crores 80 lakh BDT which is very high considering the fact that previously he was appointed for a term of two years in 18 lac BDT only.
