Yashasvi Jaiswal vs Tom Hartley

Jaiswal started the game aggressively as he played his first innings on the home soil. He especially went behind Tom Hartley, smashing him for runs in his first spell like he was playing T20 cricket. He was eventually removed from the attack due to his continuous bashing by the young left-hander.

However, when he came to bowl in the second innings, he seemed like a different bowler. He was much more calm and bowled in the right areas, not allowing Jaiswal to dominate this time around. As fate would have it, Jaiswal was eventually removed by Hartley with a soft dismissal. It would be interesting to see their battle in the next game.
