3. Jimmy Neesham (2 Crore)

Jimmy Neesham is a star in the New Zealand cricketing circuit. He has been a regular feature for the New Zealand limited-overs side for the last few years. He is known for his three-dimensional gameplay. He is a solid batter, a reliable medium pacer, and a gun fielder in the outfield and is a match-winner on his day.

The kiwi star has played 60 T20Is for New Zealand scoring 688 runs at an average of 22.19 and has 25 wickets to his name. He has played 14 IPL games till now picking eight wickets and scoring 92 runs. Neesham also plays in a few other T20 leagues like CPL, PSL, and BBL.

The Auckland-born all-rounder last played IPL for the Rajasthan Royals. He is a good package and a few IPL teams can consider him. Despite being a good player, the two crore base price is quite high for him. It will be very surprising if any team looks to bid for him on the 23rd of this month.
