2. Dwaine Pretorius

Former South Africa all-rounder Dwaine Pretorius was also released by Chennai Super Kings. Having made his debut for CSK in IPL 2022, he played just seven games for the Men in Yellow across two seasons while picking up six wickets with the ball and scoring 44 runs with the bat in five innings.

Given that CSK found no use for the all-rounder in their unit, Pretorius might find a team that can use him better in the IPL 2024 auction. His T20 numbers are very good, with 172 wickets in 210 T20s with a best of 5/17 and an economy of 8.34. He has also scored 5490 runs with a best of 77* and a strike rate of 138.56.
