After an early exit from the 2022 T20 Asia Cup, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced India's 15-member squad for the upcoming 2022 T20 World Cup slated to be played in Australia this year.

While several players who represented India during the Asia Cup have retained their places, there are a few names who were not so lucky and got dropped from the squad. In this article, we will talk about three such Indian players. Let us begin:

3. Ravi Bishnoi

Young spinner Ravi Bishnoi was included in the Indian line-up in their first super four match of the Asia Cup. That proved to be his first and last match in the tournament. Despite bowling well in the match and taking the wicket of Pakistan skipper Babar Azam, Bishnoi did not get a chance to feature in the Indian line-up again.

He bowled his full four overs quota and took one wicket for 26 runs, bowling at an economy of just 6.50. Notably, Bishnoi has been named in the stand by players and he might get a chance to represent India during the World Cup.

Talking about his numbers in T20I cricket, Bishnoi has taken 16 wickets at an average of 7.53 in a total of ten matches he has played so far.
