Considering the bowling figures of Josh Hazlewood in the past seasons for Chennai Super Kings (CSK), RCB bought the Aussie quick at a hefty amount of INR 7.75 crores. In return, the veteran also delivered fine results to the team picking up 20 wickets in 12 matches. With this performance, he also made it to the list of bowlers with the highest wicket-takers in the tournament.
In the 2023 IPL, the franchise will count on him again to spearhead the bowling attack with Harshal Patel, Mohammed Siraj, and Wanindu Hasaranga. The 31-year-old is known for being lethal during powerplays and death overs, and in the 2023 edition too, the team would look forward to getting some effective displays.
