1. Haris Rauf (Rangpur Riders)
Haris Rauf looked exceptional for Pakistan last year with some swashbuckling bowling figures. In T20 World Cup 2022, he looked efficient with the ball, claiming eight scalps in seven games at an economy of 6.84. Playing against the Men in Blue in T20 World Cup, he bagged two wickets in the initial overs.
In October 2022, Rangpur Riders hired him after witnessing his bowling ability and T20I displays. In the franchise’s campaign this year, Rauf is likely to be a vital cog due to his vast experience in international cricket and other leagues. Along with Sikandar Raza, Mohammad Nawaz, and Rakibul Hasan, he will solidfy the bowling line-up of the Riders.
The 29-year-old has been playing in the Big Bash league too since 2019. Representing the Melbourne Stars in 18 matches, he has racked up 30 wickets at an impressive economy of 7.71. Considering the bowling numbers of Rauf, the franchise will want him to dominate batters in the competition.
