2. Hardik Pandya:
Stylish all-rounder Hardik Pandya came into the series on the back of some fine performances in white-ball domestic tournaments. In the first two T20Is against England, Pandya had a decent outing with the ball but had not done justice to his potential with the bat in hand. In the opener, bowling four overs, he leaked 42 runs and picked two wickets, and later remained unbeaten on three runs, finishing the game for his team.
In the second game, Pandya bowled just two overs and picked a wicket, while giving a mere six runs. He later had a chance to contribute to the bat significantly, but walked back after adding just seven runs to the tally. Meanwhile, the last match was brilliant for the 31-year-old, picking two wickets and scoring 40 runs at a higher strike rate, but unfortunately couldn't seal the game for the hosts.
