4. Yashasvi Jaiswal
As someone who has seen hardships in life, one can relate to Yashasvi Jaiswal. Came to Mumbai to pursue his cricket, and he often used to sell street food to make ends meet. He hasn't looked back since his U-19 days. Jaiswal has done exceedingly well in the Indian domestic circuit thus far and is pushing for his India selection.
He made his IPL debut for Rajasthan Royals in the year 2020. Since then, he's grown by leaps and bounds. In the ongoing season, he's already got 304 runs under his belt at a strike rate of 147.57. He's learning from Jos Buttler himself, probably the best T20I opener going around.
He can be a long-term opening option. He's tall, got all kinds of shots. But before drafting him straight into the main squad, he should play more India A games so that he gets accustomed to international standards.
