Yashasvi Jaiswal's century has to be the fifth week's top batting performance. The 21-year-old is having a breakthrough IPL season. A stunning hundred in match number 1000 of the IPL is something that Yashasvi won't forget anytime soon. The journey he had till now is nothing short of glory. He may be fast-tracked to the Indian squad after this World Cup.

He stamped his mark as a classy batter in his own den, Wankhede Stadium. Yashasvi was getting runs in earlier matches as well, but his performance in match 42 was something else. Only three batters touched two-digit scores for Rajasthan Royals yet they posted a 200+ score. It shows Jaiswal's dominance and temperament.

The kind of shots he played against Jofra Archer, Riley Meredith, and Piyush Chawla was a  treat to the eyes. Even the Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma acknowledged Yashasvi's brilliant range and power-hitting post-match. His innings of 124 off 62 balls had 16 fours and 8 sixes. Jaiswal is also a contender in this year's IPL Orange Cap race.
