Even though Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) failed to win the title after losing to KKR in the final, they were brilliant throughout the season. Led by Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma, SRH mainly dominated with their batting. As all the attention went to their brutal power-hitting, T Natarajan's prowess was overlooked.

The left-arm pacer finished as the highest wicket-taker for SRH and the joint-fourth overall with 19 scalps from 14 innings. He also recorded his best bowling performance in IPL 4/19.

3. R Sai Kishore (GT)

The 2022 champions had a horror outing this season, finishing eighth in the IPL points table. Apart from their captain Shubman Gill and top scorer Sai Sudharsan, no one was in the limelight.

Left-arm spinner Ravisrinivasan Sai Kishore was the unsung hero of GT and the franchise did not use him well either. The Tamil Nadu cricketer took seven wickets in five innings at a strike rate of 12.85, with a best bowling figure of 4/33.
