IPL 2025: 3 changes LSG should do to get back on track
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) have two losses and one win under their belt after playing three matches in the 18th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
1. Bowl more overs of pace in the powerplay
Spinners have bowled nine overs inside the powerplay for Lucknow Super Giants across the first three games, conceding 88 runs and taking only three wickets. They used as many as four spinners in the game against Punjab Kings, but that move did not work.
Lucknow will have to read the pitch better ahead of their game against Mumbai Indians and assemble their bowling lineup accordingly. Prince Yadav bowled well in the game against Sunrisers Hyderabad. The young right-arm pacer's slower deliveries might work wonders on a surface where the ball tends to stick.
