1. Kuldeep Yadav

Kuldeep Yadav is a huge name in international cricket and IPL as well due to his wrist-spin bowling. However, there was a time when he could not make it to the playing XI of the IPL franchises Mumbai Indians (2012 season) and Kolkata Knight Riders (2014 & 2015 editions).

In 2016, he played his first game in the league for KKR against his old franchise MI. In the crucial game, he could not do much, picking up a wicket and splurging 37 runs in four overs. Overall, with six wickets in three games at a high economy of 8.33, he ended up the debut season on a disappointing note.

However, in 2017, he played a crucial role in helping the franchise qualify for the playoffs with his 12 scalps in as many contests at an economy rate of 8.29. So far, the 28-year-old has notched up 61 wickets in 59 matches at an economy of 8.31.
