The captain of the Indian Cricket Team in all three formats, Rohit Sharma is one of the most celebrated cricketers in India and across the world. He enjoys a huge fanbase. Rohit has been one of India’s most consistent performers across formats. He has been opening the innings for India for nearly ten years now and is one of the most elegant batters on show at the moment.
The Hitman marked his arrival in international cricket in 2007. He has represented the Men in Blue in 45 Tests, 233 ODIs, and 136 T20Is. Rohit has scored 3137 runs in Tests, 9376 runs in ODIs, and 3620 runs in T20Is. He is considered one of the greatest timers of the cricket ball and plays big shots with ease.
The experienced campaigner is an inspiration for so many budding Indian cricketers. He has played many mesirising innings at the international level. He holds the record for the highest individual score (264) in ODIs, a feat he notched up while playing against Sri Lanka. He is a special cricketer and a brilliant leader.
