4. South Africa - Kagiso Rabada
Kagiso Rabada has carried the mantle of the Proteas bowling attack across formats since the retirement of the likes of Dale Steyn and Vernon Philander and has been outstanding in the international arena. Talking about the T20Is, he has picked 54 wickets in 49 games at an economy of 8.42.
Besides Rabada’s fiery pace, the 27-year-old has an array of skills that makes him a reliable and adaptable bowler across various conditions. The Proteas skipper Temba Bavuma has turned to him when there has been a dire need for wickets and the veteran pacer has delivered the goods with the ball.
The Johannesburg-born was pretty good in last’s year T20 tournament in UAE and bagged eight wickets in five matches at an economy of 8.15. Rabada has a good amount of experience of bowling in Australian conditions and can set the stage ablaze at the upcoming global tournament.
