T20 World Cup 2022: Rating squads of all teams in the tournament
The T20 World Cup 2022 will kickstart on October 16 with the group stages and the action will move towards the Super 12 round from October 22.

India have one of the best batting lineups at the T20 World Cup. India’s top three comprising skipper Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, and Virat Kohli are rock-solid and have a combined experience of 317 T20Is. The swashbuckling batter Suryakumar Yadav has been a destructor with the bat in the middle phases of the game and can well be India’s X-factor in the tournament.
The Men in Blue have ace wicket-keeper batters in Rishabh Pant and Dinesh Karthik who have been game-changers with the bat for the team. The think tank has picked a couple of all-rounders such as Hardik Pandya, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Axar Patel to add to the depth of the side. Hardik is the only seam-bowling all-rounder in the squad and his form will be crucial for Rohit & Co.
India’s bowling is a bit light in the absence of Jasprit Bumrah. Bhuvneshwar Kumar will be leading the pace attack and be the main strike force with the new ball. On the other hand, Arshdeep Singh and Harshal Patel will be entrusted to carry the responsibilities in the death-overs for the number one T20I side. The spin bowling arsenal of Rohit & Co. has variety with Yuzvendra Chahal and Axar turning the ball away from the right-handers while Ashwin turns the ball away from the left-handers.
